Activ8 Sessions

Our sessions are run by experienced sports coaches and are designed to teach and enhance physical activity skills.  They are a great way for children to increase their confidence and make new friends.

​

Activ8 also run sessions in educational settings, including nursery and preschool, and support the teaching of PE in schools.

Our classes are based in Lancing, Shoreham, Southwick, Storrington, Brighton & Hove, Goring and Angmering, but we are always adding new sessions so please keep checking our site for new locations.
