On Wednesday 10th July, Year 3 went on a trip to Bignor Roman Villa. We saw loads of amazing mosaics and learnt about how the mosaics were first discovered under the ground. We all worked hard to grind quern stones and make flour, which definitely made us all appreciate how easy it is to buy flour and bread nowadays. We all enjoyed the beautiful countryside views at the villa and on the journey. The children were a total credit to the school and themselves, listening beautifully and asking super questions of our tour guide Liz. Well done Year 3 on a fantastic school trip!
